who we are

Chapter Two Management is a visual artist management company built to turn creative passion into sustainable business. We partner with artists to provide the structure, strategy, and operational support needed to grow beyond the canvas.

More than traditional management, C2 operates as a true partner in crime building the business around the artist while creating new opportunities for revenue, collaboration, and long-term growth.

At its core, Chapter Two is a creative ecosystem…. A family of artists supported by shared infrastructure, aligned vision, and a commitment to building meaningful, lasting careers.

Meet the Founder

Frank Tarulli is the founder of Chapter Two Management, a Los Angeles-based visual artist management company redefining how creative careers are built and scaled. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Tarulli has spent the past decade operating at the intersection of fashion, business, and culture.

He is best known as the co-founder of For Those Who Sin, a Los Angeles brand he helped grow from inception into a multi-seven-figure business, earning recognition for its distinctive identity and loyal following. Following his exit in 2025, Tarulli identified a critical missing piece within the art world: while visual artists continue to shape culture, many lack the infrastructure and strategic support needed to build sustainable, long-term careers.

In response, he launched Chapter Two Management in 2026 a company designed to operate as both a strategic partner and business engine for emerging artists. By combining operational structure with creative alignment, Tarulli’s approach centers on building scalable ecosystems around talent, allowing artists to focus on their craft while their businesses grow with intention.

“I started Chapter Two because visual artists shape culture, but too many are forced to run their business alone which can be overwhelming and costly, ” Tarulli says. “We build the systems, strategy, and support around emerging artists so they can worry less and do what they do best… CREATE! My mission is to build the MOST IMPACTFUL visual artist management company in the world.”
